Please use the form below to order your Pathways™ Supply Kit. We typically recommend ordering 100 swabs p/ 1,000 square feet of testing area. Additional swabs may be needed for additional rounds of testing.
Before we ship your supplies, you may be asked to provide additional information and sign a Consulting Agreement, if you have not already done so. A consultation with John Banta is advised prior to DIY Pathways™ testing to discuss your unique situation and recommendations.
Pathways Sample Analysis
- Standard Analysis: $10.00 per sample (minimum charge of 20 swabs, or $200 per Pathways analysis)
- RUSH Analysis (expedited, subject to availability upon sample arrival): $15.00 per sample
