For the purposes of the following terms and conditions, “Class/Classes” refers to classes, workshops, or seminars provided by RestCon Environmental; “We/Us/Our” refers to RestCon Environmental.
Services & Pricing
All reasonable efforts are made to assure class descriptions correctly correspond to the actual class registered for, and that class prices are depicted accurately on our website at the time of the order. Order prices will be verified by us upon payment.
In the unlikely event that incorrect pricing information has been shown, you will receive notification of the mistake and given the option to proceed with your purchase at the correct price or to cancel your order.
Class prices are subject to change without notice, including the addition, omission, or altering of discounts and/or special offers by us.
IICRC Exam Fees for all classes are paid during your exam registration through the IICRC website. This transaction is separate from the class registration order and payment processed by RestCon Environmental.
Class registration fee includes morning coffee and pastries, lunch, and beverages.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of registration in accordance with your chosen payment method. We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH payments.
Attendance
Rules of attendance hours for the purpose of obtaining IICRC Continuing Education Credits are in accordance with IICRC policy. Discounts will not be given for incomplete or partial attendance of a class.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are non-refundable.
If you find you are unable to attend prior to 31 days of the class date, you may either transfer your seat to someone else within your organization or choose an alternative date for a class of the same value.
If you are unable to attend within 31 days or less of the registered class date, you may transfer your seat to someone else within your organization.
Apart from those which are stated in this policy, no changes will be accepted due to the various commitments and costs incurred by those involved in its production.
Should a class be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your class registration will be honored. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred with travel and/or other expenses.
