Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of the following terms and conditions, “Class/Classes” refers to classes, workshops, or seminars provided by RestCon Environmental; “We/Us/Our” refers to RestCon Environmental.

Class Pricing & Fees

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that class descriptions accurately reflect the class being registered for and that pricing is displayed correctly on our website at the time of registration. All order pricing is verified by RestCon Training Academy upon payment.

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed, we will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed with your registration at the correct price or cancel your order.

Class prices are subject to change without notice, including changes to discounts and special offers.

IICRC Exam Fees

IICRC exam fees are paid separately through the IICRC website during exam registration. Exam fees are not included in the class registration fee and are separate from the registration and payment processed by RestCon Training Academy.

Class Registration Includes

Your class registration includes morning coffee and pastries, lunch, and beverages.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of registration using your selected payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and payment via Zelle.

Attendance

Attendance requirements for receiving IICRC Continuing Education Credits are based on current IICRC policies. Because class fees cover the full course, discounts or partial refunds are not available for incomplete or partial attendance.

Cancellation Policy

All class registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend:

• 14 days or more before the class start date:
  • You may substitute another person within your organization in your place; or
  • You may transfer your registration to the next class date. This is a one-time courtesy and applies only to the same class and the immediately following class date.
• Less than 14 days before the class start date:
  • You may substitute another person within your organization in your place.
  • Registration transfers to a different class date are not available.

If your registration has already been transferred to a different class date, the registration cannot be transferred again. No other changes or exceptions are available due to the commitments and costs associated with planning and conducting each class.

If RestCon Training Academy must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your class registration fee. RestCon Training Academy is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with the class.
